Please note, you must be 18 years or older to use the Wallmemories.com. Storage Policy: Wallmemories.com does not store picture files on our web server. Your pictures are stored and archived to a supporting database that is made available only to Wallmemories.com administrators. Pictures are stored for 60 days. Within 60 days of your initial order you may request additional prints without uploading your picture again. Please contact us through e-mail (Sales Department) for additional prints. Your Conduct: You must have the legal right to all of the images you upload or mail. Images provided to you by professional photographers or made available through websites, magazines, books or other resources are protected by copyright laws and should not be uploaded or shared in any fashion. Privacy: Wallmemories.com has privacy measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected on line. Access to data is limited to authorized Wallmemories.com staff members, and is further restricted by password protection mechanisms. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and may be updated on a regular basis to ensure strong data collection. By default, all orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL. Credit card information is not stored in our database. In no way does Wallmemories.com sell, give, distribute personal or credit card information to any other agency, person, company. Limit of Liability: Submitting materials constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damages or loss that occur by shipment or mailing of the printed materials is the sole responsibility of the shipping party against damage and/or loss. In no way does Wallmemories.com assume liabilities for damages of material goods beyond the physical replacement of the said materials only. Wallmemories.com shall hold no liability for damages of sentimental, memory, or any other emotional value a said material may hold. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of prints is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
